Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our guiding principle for data collection is to collect only the minimum data necessary to run a world-class VPN service at scale. We want you to understand what information we collect, what we don't collect, and how we collect, use, and store it. We do not collect logs of your activity, including browsing history, traffic destinations, data content, or DNS queries. We also do not store connection logs, i.e., do not log your IP address, outgoing VPN IP address, connection timestamps, or session duration. Our systems do not contain sensitive data about you.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information related to your use of our application.
I. Personal Information
1.1 Our VPN application is a non-mandatory log network. Information related to user personal information, including but not limited to name (subscriber name, username, and nickname), address (including mailing address, residential address, business address), and phone number is not provided, except for the data you provide, which depends on the context of your interaction with us and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use to manage your subscription and enjoy our VPN service. With limited exceptions, we do not automatically collect any personal information about you.
1.2 If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the content of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and other information you may choose to provide. We may also receive a confirmation when you open our emails.
We use your email address (if provided) for the following purposes:
1.21 Communicate with you or respond to your communications.
1.22 Send you updates and announcements.
1.23 Send marketing information, such as offers, surveys, invitations, and other content related to us ("Marketing Emails"). You may opt out of receiving Marketing Emails by following the opt-out procedures described in those emails.
We use your personal information only for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy and we will not sell your personal information to third parties without your prior consent.
II. Service Information Related to Your VPN Use
2.1 In accordance with applicable law and to avoid infringing any Internet service provider, any browsing information, traffic destination, data content, IP address, DNS query or other similar information related to your online activities that we transmit to our servers will be encrypted and cleared after the VPN session ends. That is, we do not collect any information about the websites you visit, nor do we collect any data stored or transmitted on your device, including any data that may be transmitted by applications on your device through the VPN network. More specifically, without limiting the connection to your personal information and without collecting the websites you visit or any data stored or transmitted on your device, we do not have any of the following files/information:
2.11 We do not know which user has visited a specific website or service.
2.12 We do not know which user is connected to the VPN at a specific time.
2.13 We do not know the original set of IP addresses or temporarily assigned network addresses of the user's computer.
If someone tries to force us to release user information, we cannot provide this information because the data does not exist.
2.2 In order to perform our contractual obligations in good faith and allow you to enjoy quality VPN services, we collect the following information related to your VPN usage:
2.21 Information related to applications and versions: We collect information related to the applications and application versions you have activated. This helps our support team to effectively discover and solve technical problems.
2.22 Connection-related information: We collect information about whether a VPN connection was successful on a specific date (but not a specific time of day), which VPN location you connected to (but not your assigned outgoing IP address), and which country/region/ISP you came from (but not your source IP address). This information helps us provide efficient technical support, such as identifying connection problems, providing advice on how to use the VPN service, and helping our engineers identify and fix network problems.
2.23 Size of data transferred (in MB): We collect information about the total amount of data transferred by a given user. Providing unlimited data transfer is one of our service principles, but if we find that a user is taking up an unusually high amount of traffic and affecting the service quality of other users, we may work with the user to find the cause.
2.24 Anonymous data for network diagnosis, research and analysis
2.3 When you become a user of our VPN service, we will collect minimum usage statistics and anonymous analysis data with your permission. This data is used for network diagnosis, optimizing network speed, and helping us identify problems related to specific applications, VPN servers or ISPs. By learning and analyzing these statistics, we are able to improve the quality of our services and products. We ensure that the information received is completely anonymous and cannot be associated with individual users (i.e., we do not store which user sent which data, nor do we store IP addresses).
We will collect the following information:
2.31 Diagnostic information on whether the VPN connection attempt failed and why it failed.
2.32 Speed test data.
2.33 Crash reports, which do not contain any personally identifiable information and are processed in an anonymous form by a third party, depending on the platform you are using. On iOS, you can turn off Apple's crash reporting in iOS settings.
2.4 Conclusion
We collect minimal usage statistics to maintain the quality of the service. Although we provide a service to increase network speed, we cannot uniquely identify the specific behavior of any user because thousands of users share the same location for Internet activity at the same time and usage patterns overlap with other users.
We have designed our system to completely eliminate the storage of sensitive data and we will not know how users use our services. We adhere to our firm commitment to customer privacy and do not hold any data related to users' online activities.

We believe that these subpoenas, court orders or search warrants may lose their enforceability when they cross the line. It can only be regained enforceability on another party through domestication litigation or under statute of limitations. In addition, we will notify affected users of any request for their account information unless prohibited by law or court order. If we receive a valid legal order, please note that we do not collect any IP addresses, browsing history, traffic data, or DNS queries that could be used to identify any specific user.

5.2 When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion or anonymization is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
5.3 We will retain a record of any communications, questions, complaints, or compliments you submit to us, as well as our responses. Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your email address as well as other information you provide. If any data center requires us to log such data, we will immediately cease operations of that data center and seek alternative options.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
8. Protection of Minors
We attach particular importance to protecting information obtained from minors. We strongly urge parents to instruct their children not to reveal their real names, addresses or phone numbers online without permission. We do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 16, and children under the age of 16 are prohibited from using our services.
